Q2 2024 Performance of Top iOS Food Delivery Apps in the US

In the second quarter of 2024, the food delivery service apps on iOS have shown various trends in downloads and user activity. Here's a glimpse into the performance of the top five services according to data compiled by Sensor Tower.

Vivino: Buy the Right Wine experienced a steady increase in revenue, peaking at around $36K in mid-June. Downloads fluctuated but ended the period with an upward trend, reaching nearly 2K in the last week of June. Weekly active users saw a high of over 20K in early April and maintained strong engagement throughout the quarter.

Glovo: Food Delivery and more, while not generating revenue, had a consistent number of downloads, with a small peak at around 1.4K in mid-June. The app's weekly active users remained above 27K for most of the quarter, indicating a stable user base.

Wolt Delivery: Food and more also reported no revenue, but downloads showed a noticeable increase, ending the quarter with over 600 downloads in the last week. Active users peaked at around 15K in late April and managed to mostly stay above 14K, showing a resilient user community.

Uber Eats: Food Delivery saw no revenue, and downloads had a notable dip to under 200 in late June. The weekly active users for Uber Eats started strong at over 4.7K but decreased to below 4K by the end of the quarter.

Lastly, getir: groceries, food&beyond also did not generate revenue in Q2 2024. Downloads for getir showed an interesting spike to over 250 in early June but normalized to just over 150 by the quarter's end. Active users reached a peak of around 10K in late April but saw a slight decline, closing at just over 8K.
